How do I know if individual therapy is right for me?

How long does individual therapy usually last?

Can I bring up family or relationship issues in individual therapy?

Yes. Even if you're coming on your own, we often explore your relationships and how they impact your wellbeing. Therapy can help you understand your role in relationship dynamics, unpack past experiences, and develop healthier ways of relating to others — whether that’s with partners, family members, or friends.

What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help?

That experience is more common than you think — and it doesn’t mean therapy can’t work. Feeling dismissed or unseen in the past can make trying again feel risky.
